A professional home inspection is an impartial third-party visual evaluation of the physical structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roofing, interior and exterior. Home inspections are critical when it comes to purchasing, repairing and maintaining a structure.

What is Included in the Inspection ?
Frontier Termite Control will provide you with a thorough, comprehensive and professional report on the condition of the property.

How Long Will it Take ?
The average inspection takes two to three hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.

Should I be There ?
We strongly recommend to the prospective buyer and seller to be present for the walk-through and at the end of the inspection.  By being present, you will have a better understanding of your home and the report.

About the Report ?
Frontier Termite Control is proud to provide one of the best quality reporting systems.  Your report will be easy to read and understand. Contracts and other literature are available in Spanish.  However all reports are done in English.

When Do I Receive My Report ?
You will receive your report by fax or mail within two days after inspection.  A hard copy of the report is placed in a binder with pictures of your beautiful new home and will be mailed to you.
