Initial Termite Inspection

The initial termite inspection consists of a complete a thorough inspection of the building(s). The property owner will be supplied with a written inspection report and detailed specifications for an integrated termite control program. The inspection report is completed before any protective measures are commenced.

Specific areas to be inspected should include the attic, interior, exterior, garage, sub areas, decks and porches.

Regular Follow-up Inspections

We usually recommend 6 to 8 monthly follow-up inspections following chemical soil treatment. Monitoring of baiting systems should be performed every 4 to 6 weeks.
